Procedure to set up voicemail on iPhone 11.

You have to create a passcode before you can use your voice mail messaging services The voice mail service provided by the carrier will already be stored in your device.

On your iPhone open the phone app.
Tap Voicemail present in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Select that up now.
Now enter the passcode and make sure your passcode is 4 to 6 digits.
Click on done.
Re-enter your passcode.

CHANGE PASSCODE.

VIEW TRANSCRIPT.

If you don't want to listen to your Voicemail again and again then you can just view the transcript.

Tap on Voicemail present in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Click on Voicemail.
The transcript of your Voicemail message will already be there.

SAVE OR SHARE.

CALL BACK.

Click on Voicemail.
Tap on the callback present in the middle bottom of your message.

VIEW CONTACT.

You can also respond or you can also view someone's contact card. There are several other ways of communication.

Click on a voicemail.
Now tap on the information button present in the upper right corner of the messages it looks like a circle with an ' I' present inside it.

DELETE VOICEMAIL.

If you want to delete your Voicemail or if you don't want to save a voicemail, then you can move it into the deleted messages folder and later you can delete it if you think you want it again.

Click on a voicemail.
Click on delete.

If you want to remove a Voicemail from your device permanently then you have to perform a one more set of steps.

Click on deleted messages
Tap on clear all and you cannot remove messages individually.
